Fastest biker around the world Nick Sanders called us up to get involved in Biker Britain, a show he was organising. Obviously we were keen so we met up with Nick and he told us he wanted to do a part of the show about us and what we get up to at Hawg Haven.
He then told us all about his next mad adventure which is to be his last trek around the world. Parallel World is the name and he is going to cover around 55,000 miles and pass through 45 countries which is one hell of an adventure to add to his long list of 140 countries that he has visited and 300,000 miles traveled, all on fast powerful bikes! We started talking about his bike which is a Yamaha R1 and the paint scheme he was thinking of, and of course not being one to hold back, I offered for us to do it for him. So the wheels were set in motion and designs were sent back and forth and what you will see on the screen is what we managed to come up with, with the help of John Fox our painter here at Hawg Haven.
We presented the bike to Nick at the London Excel Bike show last month and he was really pleased with it which I must admit we are pretty proud of it ourselves! So loads of luck to Nick on his crazy adventure, it’s been fantastic to meet you and we hope the bike does you proud!!
